God is doing an amazing thing all over the earth in this hour and we believe the house of prayer is the tip of the spear. We are privileged to be a part of such a noble cause. It is so exciting to live in partnership with God, to walk in intimate fellowship with Him and to see heaven come to earth in response to our prayers.
Why A House Of Prayer?
You can pray any time and any place you want so why do we need a house of prayer? The house of prayer provides a place where people can join together with one voice to exalt the Lord in praise and worship and pray prayers of agreement to see Gods will done on the earth. There is a spiritual dynamic where prayer becomes exponentially more effective when we join together in unity and one voice. It is an environment where prayer becomes enjoyable and sustainable because of the combination of musicians and singers along with the intercessors. The house of prayer is also a way to bring ‘forerunners’ together in community to teach and encourage, to prepare for the days to come.
Our Purpose & Vision
The purpose of the House of Prayer is to establish night and day prayer in the Roseville/Sacramento region that will create a rich environment for the Lord to move. Our desire is to attract and raise up intercessors, singers and musicians who will keep the flame of worship and prayer burning until Jesus’ return at the end of this age.

Sermon on The Mount Lifestyle
We stress the importance of living lives of holiness and wholeheartedness. This is not a way to earn Gods affection but it is the lifestyle of the ‘forerunner’ that resists the kingdom of darkness and opens the door for God to move.
Urgency (End Times)
We believe we are living in the last days and there is an urgency that compels us to live our lives differently, preparing for Jesus’ return.
Compassion For Others
As Jesus’ disciples we should be doing the things that He did such as giving to the poor, healing the sick, evangelism etc.
